Chevy Priority is a special customer service programme initiated and offered by Alpine Motors.

The programme offers greater peace of mind, convenience and savings along with a growing list of privileges. Currently, the programme can be subscribed to for $500 for a 2-year plan and is open to all Chevrolet owners.

CHEVROLET CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL

The portal allows customers and owners to submit queries and feedback to the relevant department staff. These submissions, known as tickets, are logged and monitored in order to ensure timely responses and to enable quality checks by department managers. The portal also offers useful information for customers and owners with regards to sales, after-sales and maintenance of Chevrolet cars.
